A provisional delivery date will be allocated to your order this will be confirmed by email when your order has been placed, if this delivery date is NOT convenient then please contact us on (01766 514 700) or by email email@example.com within 12hrs to re-arrange your booking slot.
NOTE: Deliveries are made with a 17 tonne delivery vehicle (see photo) please confirm that access will be large enough to accommodate this size of transport, if you would like to request another form of delivery as your home is not accessible only by sharp bends or narrow carriageways etc. Then please contact our office to discuss alternative arrangements for your goods to be delivered on a smaller vehicle (IF AVAILABLE)
Deliveries are based on a 3 day economy that will be delivered CURBSIDE ONLY, this service will start once an order is placed before 1pm on the day of purchase, and deliveries are between Monday and Friday and does not included national holidays. Order placed on the weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working days.
Next day is available or a booking slot (AM or PM) for certain post codes and would be between 10am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. If a Saturday delivery is required please contact our office (01766 514700) it is available but is subject to additional charges depending on post code.

All our cut to size orders will require additional time to produce and one of our staff will contact you to make arrangements regarding transport and time slot (standard production time 7-14 working days) please contact one of our sales team if you need to discuss prior to purchase.

Delivery Instruction to consider
We are unable to provide estimated times for the day of delivery (unless specified) and therefore ask that there is somebody available on site to sign for the goods. In the event that there are damages on delivery, please sign the delivery note as 'DAMAGED' and call within 24 hours (or next business day) to let us know so that we may arrange replacements or discuss an alternative solutions, photographic evidence of breakages will be required
We require a contact telephone number of the person responsible for the delivery for us or the courier to contact if there might be a problem with locating your address or if you would need to be contacted 1 hour before the delivery is made. If be any reason we the driver is unable to unload then the goods will be returned to the nearest depot where you will have to make alternative arrangements for the delivery to be made at your expense
Deliveries are curb side only, the goods will be delivered to the nearest safe point to your property the driver is instructed not to help unload or carry the goods in to the property so please make sure that there is sufficient man power on site to move the goods should this be necessary.
NOTE: It is not the responsibility of the driver to do this for you.
Pump truck off load will not work on gravel drives please make sure that the surface for offloading will be on a hard standing drive Every effort will be made to honour the delivery arranged with yourselves, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. broken down vehicle, punctures, acts of God etc.) We will make every effort to contact you if there should be any delay to your delivery however this is not all ways possible as orders are sent via pallet network service. As the delivery is scheduled between 10.00am - 5.00pm we do not recommend booking any contractors/tilers for the actual delivery day. We cannot be held responsible for the costs involved should your trade people be booked and the delivery is delayed Care should always be taken when lifting or moving of slate and stone products due to the weight
Pallet truck will not work on gravel drives it must be a hard standing
Our full pallets will carry up to 1,000kg each but this is determined by how many stone tiles can actually fit in the pallet so we also do a half pallet (up to 500kg) and a quarter pallet (up to 250kg) - so an order that weighs 1,100kg would take 1 full and 1 quarter pallet, but if the tiles take up more room, the order may have to use 1 full pallet and 1 half pallet to safely get your order to you. Collection Customers are welcome to arrange pick up of their orders direct from the warehouse during normal office hours (Monday to Friday) either themselves or by arranging their own transport. If you do plan to pick up your order, please bear in mind the total weight can require more sturdy transport than a normal van such as a Transit and you will of course need to arrange lifting equipment at the other end once you've collected your order from us. Please ensure that you contact us prior to collecting your order so we can ensure that it is ready for you in the warehouse. Directions and a map of our location can be found on our contact us
